At time of writing, ciaoai.io's marketing site lists 'MD5 encryption' as a security claim. MD5 has been considered cryptographically broken since 2004. We use AES-256-GCM with envelope KMS — modern industry standard. If they update their stack, this advantage shrinks; we'll keep this page current.
CiaoAI requires submitting a form (token name, email, contract, etc.), waiting 24–48h for sales follow-up, then receiving credentials and an IP to allow-list. We're sign-up → paste API keys → live in 5 minutes. Same model as Stripe or Vercel: you don't talk to a human unless you want to.
